CBWOQ Membership Registration for 2026

CBWOQ membership is maintained on an annual term basis from February 1 in the applicable year to January 31 the following year. In accordance with CBWOQ By-Law #5, this registration process replaces the former requirement to register for attendance ten days in advance of a members’ meeting.

Registration for membership is open between October 1 of the current year until January 31 of the following year. Members must meet the qualifications below, including submitting a completed registration form for membership and/or membership renewal.

All members agree to further CBWOQ’s purposes, as well as agree to abide by the provisions in its articles, by-laws and policies . 

Members also agree with and agree to further the Purposes and the Core Values of the CBOQ (https://baptist.ca/about-cboq/vision-core-values/)

Membership rights include the right to receive notice of, attend, speak and participate at all meetings of Members, and the right to one vote at all meetings of Members. 

Membership may be terminated for various reasons, including a failure to renew annual membership or a failure to maintain the qualification conditions.
